A system that connects your business.
Connect product creation, customer acquisition, sales, delivery, and management to see the amounts and timing of costs and value, incoming payments and outgoing payments. Centered on cash flow, start with the areas where improvement will have an effect now.
First, where should we start for the biggest impact?
You do not need to rebuild the entire process from scratch. Find the point where things are stalling, compare cost and impact, and try a small test before turning it into a system.
From the current symptoms, choose the first step.
The right people aren’t coming
Create pages that present solutions to the specific problems people are searching for.
People are looking, but not buying or inquiring
Review the value you provide, the conditions, and the effort required through to getting a quote or making a purchase.
It sells, but there is no profit left
First, align the unit cost, shipping, and fees for one order, and check profitability.
When orders increase, operations can’t keep up
Decide who is responsible for each order status, the deadline, and the next action.
There is profit, but not enough cash on hand
Compare the amount used for inventory with the timing of deposits and payments.
You want to sell products in Japan, but don’t know how to prepare
Support overseas companies entering Japan through test sales, Japanese-language support, logistics, and payments.
For each option, compare the value created by improvement / the cost of starting and maintaining it / the time until results can be verified. While also looking at cash flow and the burden on operations, decide on the first step.
01 Build the product
Desired state: products and services with a reason to buy and profitability that works.
First, for one product, decide “whose problem it solves and what kind of problem,” then line up the selling price with the costs of productization, procurement, and delivery. Once you have confirmed the likelihood of sales, expand product development and purchasing.
We support productization as a manufacturer, packaged product development, and management of procurement and consignment sales from both the preparation and operations sides.

02 Attract customers
Desired state: concrete solutions reach the people who need them.
First, establish the reason to buy and the path to inquiry or purchase, then sell on a small scale to verify response and profitability. Once a sellable state becomes visible, grow your communications or expand the market through advertising. Move forward while checking acquisition costs, including production and operations, and the time required to recover them.
We combine owned media, advertising and promotion management with AdWell, SNS, email newsletters, and repeat delivery as contact points suited to the product.

03 Sell
Desired state: people can buy with confidence, without making support too burdensome.
We identify where the process stops: at the estimate, inquiry, or payment stage. Bring together the necessary information in advance and create a flow that can handle different conditions for each product. For any remaining manual work, we consider integration and automation.
We have experience with automated quotes and chat for original apparel, EC with Sitekitt, and subscription purchases using Stripe and GMO Payment Gateway. We choose between your own EC site, marketplaces, domestic and overseas sales according to the product and operations.

04 Deliver
Desired state: deliver the promised value at a reasonable cost.
For each order status, decide who does what, and by when. Line up the contracts and data flows for warehouses, shipping, payments, and EC to reduce duplicate entry and waiting for confirmation.
From finding warehouses and fulfillment services to integration with ロジレス and Goqoo, and support for using specialized services. When delivering worldwide, we also organize the checks for taxes and regulations according to the destination, product, and shipping conditions as part of the preparation work.

05 Management
Desired state: keep an overview of profit and cash flow and choose the next improvement.
We separate profitability, which subtracts costs from sales, from the actual cash movement of deposits and payments. Connect profit, inventory, expected deposits, and expected payments by order and product in the same decision-making space.
We are also currently working on profit aggregation for cross-border EC using Shopify. We review the data that can be obtained and how it is updated, then design numbers and procedures that can be used for management.

Turn partial improvements into a system that fits your business.
We organize what can be handled through procedures and existing tools, what requires specialized judgment, and what needs custom development. We develop the necessary integrations individually, and after launch we continue to grow them through maintenance and day-to-day improvements.

Start your consultation with what is currently stopping.
Please share, as much as you know, your desired state, the work you are struggling with, and the systems you currently use. We will work together to organize where to start and how to proceed.
