Shopify profits, not visible.

We build a system that brings together orders, payments, shipping costs, and cost of goods so you can see how much profit remains on each order.

Shopify profits, not visible.

Sales and receipts alone do not show the profitability of each order.

Shipping fees and transaction fees are separate data. Returns and exchange rates cause the numbers to not match, and every month-end you have to recalculate everything. We organize this work so it can be checked at the order level.First, we confirm the sales channels and the data that can be obtained. We decide how to collect it, how to allocate costs, and the basis for currencies and periods, then link the necessary parts.

Start by checking one order.

① Consolidate the order number, sales, refunds, and currency into one row.② Match product cost, payment fees, actual shipping costs, and similar items to that order. For costs billed in a lump sum, decide how they will be allocated.③ Subtract costs from revenue using the same currency and basis. Do not fill unknown costs with 0; leave them as unconfirmed. If the numbers match for one order, expand to more cases. From repetitive work, we consider integration and automation.

What we set up through support is the summary table and the update procedure.

Order-to-cost mapping table / order- and product-level summaries / list of unconfirmed items / monthly update and verification procedures. We design not only the numbers, but also a format that staff can check and use.

At our company, we are also working on profit aggregation for cross-border EC using Shopify. Including domestic EC and marketplaces, the integrations and costs we can support will be proposed individually after reviewing the data.

Review the entire business from profit aggregation.

Review the entire business from profit aggregation.

When cost of goods, shipping costs, and fees are all in place, you can confirm which orders retain profit and where costs are being incurred. We think through, in the flow of the whole business, what needs to change in product, customer acquisition, sales, or delivery to have an effect. In addition to profit aggregation, it is also necessary to confirm the amount and timing of receipts and payments.

Productization as a manufacturer, purchasing and consignment sales, warehouse search, and fulfillment outsourcing. In our own EC Sitekitt, we have also gained experience linking with crowdfunding, ロジレス, Goqoo, and internal operations.

Shopify FedEx and payment settings, product registration, and tax issues in shipping to Brazil are also areas we have tackled in-house. We organize what needs to be confirmed and turn it into a system according to the sales country and product.

Build the integrations you need and improve while operating.

We individually develop integrations that reduce repetitive aggregation work and custom systems that fit your operations. Even after launch, we nurture them to match the site through maintenance and daily updates. We proceed after confirming the scope, deliverables, cost, and lead time.
