You can’t add more people. But you want the business to grow.
Based on our experience running EC and service operations, we develop systems that connect customer acquisition and operations. We keep improving them after launch, too.
From your current challenge.
Staff shortage
We’re tied up with orders by phone, fax, and email, and can’t take on new work.
Want to attract more customers
First, we want to get ready to sell, then expand the market through outreach and advertising.
Want to improve profits
We want to understand profitability for each order, including cost, shipping, and fees.
Want to sell in Japan? Where should you start?
Starting with small test sales, we support overseas businesses entering Japan. We connect sales channels, Japanese-language support, logistics and payments, then assess what it takes to sell profitably.
Systems built in the field where selling happens.
Automated quotes and chat, subscription purchases and repeat-email follow-up, and post-purchase usage support. We also create and sell our own products, and through sales and operations we have continued improving both staff workload and ease of use for customers.
We review your business processes, organize what should make use of existing tools and what should be custom-developed. After launch, we continue to grow it through maintenance and updates.
We also build, sell, and operate them ourselves.
When we make and sell products ourselves, we realize that simply preparing a website is not enough to keep the work moving. How to shape the product, where to let people know about it, and how to deliver orders. Even after sales begin, handling inquiries and understanding profitability continue.
In the challenge of delivering overseas, confirming shipping and taxes took unexpected effort. In operating a specialized service, we needed a system that could keep supporting users even as they increased. The starting point of our development is this firsthand sense of, “It would be better if this part were improved.”
For example, we have connected our own EC site, Sitekitt, with logistics and internal operations, and in specialized services we have automated post-purchase usage support. We apply the experience gained there to custom development that fits each customer’s operations, and to maintenance that improves the system while it is being used.
Our approach
Turn different selling methods for each product into a system.
Original products are not decided just by choosing and buying. Estimates change depending on the specifications, and you need to work through the customer’s requests while finalizing the order details. If you have a system that fits the way you sell, it becomes easier for both the customer and the person in charge to move forward.
For example, for an original apparel production site, we developed automated quoting and a communication chat. It is an effort that connects the process from confirming the price to aligning detailed requests.
The post-purchase flow also differs by product. For retail products, we consider links with logistics; for specialized services, we set up subscription purchases and usage support. We design systems to match what is being offered.
Create a sellable state and expand the market.
Whose problem are you solving, and what kind of problem is it? Organize the reason to buy and the path to purchase, and start by selling small to verify it. Once the sales flow and profitability become visible, expand the market to the people who need it.
We have operated search ads such as Google Ads for more than 20 years, since the Overture era. We have experienced both the benefit of increasing touchpoints and the difficulty of costs running ahead without leading to purchases. We think about ways to grow while keeping ad spend down, and ways to expand investment after confirming profitability, in line with the business.
SNS, video, email newsletters, repeat emails, and advertising/promotion management with AdWell are also tools that support that flow. We apply what we have learned through our own sales and operations to systems that connect inquiry, purchase, and the relationship afterward.

FAQ
QI’m not sure where the problem is.
Please start by telling us the state you want to achieve and the tasks that currently take up your time. The page for exploring challenges can also help organize your thoughts.
QWhich should I ask for: consultation, outsourcing, or development?
First, we confirm your current operations and goals, then work together to sort out what you can handle yourself, what needs support, and what should be developed.
QDo I need to use Shopify or a specific tool?
You do not need to decide on the tools first. We consider the best setup for your operations from Sitekitt, AdWell, existing services, custom development, and more.
QCan I ask for improvements after development?
We handle maintenance and ongoing updates. We align on the support needed for operations, the scope of additional development, cost, and how we will respond.
QHow are cost and schedule decided?
We provide a proposal after confirming the purpose, requirements, and scope. You can also consult with us about a phased approach that starts from the necessary parts.
